I used the produce at Pike Place Market in Seattle to test out my Canon G12. The colors and textures are impressively captured for a point and shoot camera.

Frank's Dinner-Spokane WA
We love dinners so we try to seek them out whenever we travel. We found Frank's in Spokane and loved it. It is a remodeled old train car with great decore and very good food. Canon G12 auto.

Manito Park-Spokane WA
Manito Park in Spokane WA covers over 90 acres and is broken into various areas. This was in the Japanese garden area which was truely beautiful. Shot taken with Canon 7D and Sigma 18-250mm lens. f/6.3 apeture for 1/160 sec exposure and ISO-320. 18mm focal length, sunlight WB and center weighted average.
Lost Tales
In the west things are rarely torn down...they are just left to eventually crumble and be reclaimed by the landscape. I am always drawn to the countless old barns and homesteads I come across and wonder what stories they hold. This great place was in eastern WA between Moscow ID and Spokane WA. Shot with Canon 7D and Sigma 18-250mm lens. f/13 aperture for 1/50 sec exposure and ISO-125. 63mm focal length, sunlight WB and center weighted average.
Farm life
The old barn and out buildings were shot using Canon 7D and Sigma 18-250mm lens. f/9 aperture for 1/160 sec and ISO-100, 95mm focal length, sunlight WB and center weighted average.
