Makoshika State Park- Glendive, MT This ia fantastic area with beautiful rock formations, wild landscapes and great sunsets. I stumbled onto this place on the map and decided to take a road trip. I fell in love with the wildness of this place instanly and ended up camping here a few day hiking and losing myself in the great vistas.

Top Left: A portion of the Red Bed trail, a 4 mile loop around Devil's Tower, WY. While visiting the Tower on a road trip i decided to take my camera and trek this trail. Surprisingly it is still one of my favorite hikes. Top Right: Devil's Tower as seen from the trail.

Left: Bandlands of SD. We spent a few days in Rapid City in 2008 and hit the Black hills, Mt Rushmore, Deadwood, and the Badlands. It is a unique landscape and makes for great shots.
