I took this with Canon 50D and Canon 28-135mm IS lens. This was on a low hanging branch so I was able to walk up close at eye level and capture the fragile leaves. ISO-100, f/5.6 for 1/250 sec and 135mm focal length. I bumped up the contrast and color saturation a little in editing to add a bit of life back into things.

Tressel over the Frigid Missouri River. Canon 50D and Sigma 18-250mm DC OS HSM lens. ISO-100, f/4 for 1/500 sec and 31mm focal length.

Chilly Evening

Taking pics in Giant Springs park on a 10 degree evening was a bit hard on the fingers but worth the outting. I wanted to blur the falls and capture the fog on this shot so to save time I used the shutter priority option and set the value for 1/6 sec. The Canon 50D did the rest choosing an ISO of 400 and f/16, I had focal length of 35mm using Sigma 18-250 DC OS HSM lens. The low dusk lighting really ads to the brisk feel of the conditions.

night lights

I took this old bowling sign with Canon 50D and Sigma 18-250mm DC OS HSM lens. Shot with ISO-800 for 1/25 sec at f/5.6 and 95mm focal length on Slik Lightypod III monopod.

I started practicing some night lights shots down down. This corner diner sign was taken with Canon 50D and Sigma 18-250mm DC OS HSM lens. ISO-640, f/5.6 for 1/20 sec at 120mm focal length and using Slik Lightypod III monopod.
