Old Hughesville

A couple of old buildings in the old mining town of Hughesville, MT in the Little Belt mountains. For the little cabin in the trees(bottom) I used Canon 50D and Sigma 18-250mm lens, F/13 1/160 sec exposure , ISO-320 at 43mm focal length, shot off hand. For the exposed cabin(top) I used same saet up at f/13 for 1/250 sec, ISO-320 at 18mm shot off hand .

Memorial Falls-Niehart, MT

Memorial Falls in Heihart, MT is a little hidden gem that is great for playing around with water "milking" shots. For these I used Canon 50D with Sigma lens; for the stream I used Sigma 18-250mm f/8, ISO-100 for 1/8 sec at 21mm focal length and shot from Slik Lighty Pod III mono pod. For the falls f/11 ISO-100, 1/3 sec at 18mm focal length and mono pod.

Lewistown, MT

A few fun shots while spending the day in Lewistown, MT antique hunting and geocaching.

Moccasin School

This is one of the more creepy buildings we have investigated. We were after a geocache at this spot and it turned into a great photo op. This is an old school in the little town of Moccasin, MT. The school was rather regal looking in the 50's and 60's but now appears like something out of a twisted psycho thriller. Shots were taken with Canon 50D and Sigma 18-250mm lens

Fort Benton Bridge

The old bridge(1888) in Fort Benton, MT now a beatiful walking bridge over the Missouri River. Shot taken with Canon 50D and Sigma 10-20mm wide angle lens. ISO-200, 1/160 sec exposure at f/11 and 20mm focal length.
